Knowledge Management in Irrigated Cotton and Grains - Stage II Report
The NSWDPI Knowledge Management in Cotton and Grains Irrigation project was undertaken in two stages: The first stage of the project identified the major components of the irrigation information and knowledge transfer and access system that existed in the Cotton and Northern Grains Industries. The second stage attempted to develop and implement components of an improved and enhanced knowledge system and to determine their effectiveness. This second stage has identified which strategies might be most effective at successfully introducing these components as well as a number of barriers.
